TrustLane Logistics ("TrustLane", "we", "us") operates Throughline, a supply-chain decision-intelligence platform that connects shippers, logistics service providers, and carriers. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Account details you provide (name, work email, phone, company), operational data generated by using the platform (shipments, milestones, documents, appointment bookings), telemetry ingested through carrier connections (GPS positions, telematics events, electronic logging data), device and usage data (log files, cookies), and — for drivers using the mobile app — location data collected during active, tracked loads.

To operate the platform: tracking shipments, predicting arrival times, verifying carrier connections, resolving exceptions, and providing support. Aggregated and de-identified data improves predictive models such as ETA accuracy, dwell-time estimates, and risk detection. We do not sell personal information.

Throughline includes AI agents that take operational actions — for example re-booking a dock appointment or requesting an updated quote — according to rules and thresholds configured by your organization. Agent actions are logged in an audit trail, and workflows can require human approval before an action is executed. AI-generated analysis is labeled as such and cites the underlying shipment data it relied on.

Live location is collected from driver devices and telematics systems only while a load is actively tracked, to power visibility, ETAs, and proof-of-delivery. Drivers can stop collection outside working hours; doing so during an active load may limit platform functionality.

Shipment participants see the operational data needed to execute the shipment (for example, a shipper sees the assigned vehicle's live position while their load is on it). Service providers under contract (hosting, analytics) process data on our behalf. Authorities receive data only where the law requires it.

Operational records are retained as long as needed for legal, tax, and audit obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls.

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict certain processing, by contacting privacy@trustlanelogistics.com. We respond within 30 days.

We will post any changes on this page and, for material changes, notify account holders by email before they take effect.
