Freight Failures Aren't Abstract
Every missed ETA is an idle production line, an empty shelf, a driver stuck at a gate. We build the intelligence layer that keeps those failures from happening — and takes the firefighting off human shoulders.
From Tracking Dots to Decisions
TrustLane started in 2018 with a deceptively simple product: reliable, real-time answers to "where is my truck?" As the connected network grew — carriers, facilities, ports, telematics feeds — something changed. The data stopped being a map and started being a model: rich enough to predict arrivals, sense disruptions, and price risk on every lane.
That model became Throughline, our Decision Intelligence platform. Today the same telemetry that once drew dots on a map powers a fleet of AI agents that rebook dock slots, requote failing loads, and chase missing documents — inside guardrails our customers define. Visibility was the beginning. Autonomy, governed by people, is the point.
Our Mission
“To give every supply chain the power to sense what's coming, resolve what's breaking, and keep the world's goods moving.”

Values
What we hold ourselves to
01
Trust the Data
Predictions earn trust by showing their work — every answer cites its evidence.
02
Autonomy With Guardrails
Agents act, people govern. Boundaries and audit trails aren't features; they're principles.
03
Operator Obsession
Every roadmap decision starts at a dispatcher's desk, a dock door, or a driver's cab.
04
Relentless Reliability
Supply chains run 24/7. So does the standard we hold ourselves to.
Momentum
From tracking dots to decisions
Eight years of building the data foundation that autonomy needs.
2018
Founded to answer one question honestly: where is my truck, right now?
2019
The connected carrier network crosses its first thousand fleets.
2020
Multimodal coverage: ocean, rail, and air join over-the-road tracking.
2021
Predictive ETAs ship — the data graph starts forecasting, not just reporting.
2022
Yard and facility signals close the gap between road time and dock time.
2023
Disruption sensing maps external risk events to customers' in-transit freight.
2024
The first autonomous agents go live, resolving exceptions inside customer guardrails.
2026
Throughline and Lane launch: one platform from signal to action.
Careers
Build the intelligence freight runs on
We hire people who want their models, designs, and decisions to move real trucks in the real world.
Open Leadership
Strategy is argued in the open — the best data wins, not the loudest title.
Growth-Oriented Mindset
New modes, new markets, new agents: standing still isn't an option here.
A Dynamic, High-Achieving Team
Small teams with full ownership, shipping to users who notice the same week.
World-Class Standards
From ML practice to network SLAs, we benchmark globally, not locally.
